Turning 50, I wanted to reduce weight and
improve my physical fitness. I was impressed by my first visit to Nathan where he went
through what I was trying to achieve and devised the first programs to get me
underway.
Nathan constantly reviews my progress at each weekly session, looks for different exercises
to keep the program fresh and interesting, and demonstrates clearly and effectively how each
exercise is to be performed. He also challenges me to continually go to the next level in my
fitness program.

core strength, general fitness and well being, I sleep better and have more energy,
providing the ability to cope better with the long hours and demands of my role.
